SHIPPING POLICY

PAYMENT:

All prices are quoted and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified.

Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods.

Online payment will be provided in a secure environment.  Primula retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and the funds have been cleared.

DAMAGED & REJECTED GOODS

As the customer you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality, and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.

We want you to receive your Primula goods in perfect condition – as they left us. If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit we will refund or exchange them. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them:

Return & Exchange Policy

The Customer must send all returns within 7 days of receipt to: Primula . Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Primula before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
